This policy explains what information PUSHCLUB collects, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights you have. We’ve kept it in plain English.
The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run a friendly pushup competition — your email to log you in, a display name and avatar you choose, the exercise counts you log, and which clubs you’re in. We don’t sell your data, we don’t run ads, and we don’t use third-party analytics or trackers. PUSHCLUB is for adults aged 18 and older.
Health & safety: PUSHCLUB is a fitness challenge involving physical exercise, and you take part at your own risk. Exercise carries an inherent risk of injury — train within your limits, use good form, and consult a physician before beginning any new exercise program. PUSHCLUB is not medical or professional fitness advice, and we are not responsible for any injury or health consequences arising from your use of the app.
PUSHCLUB is a product of, and operated by, Skillful Antics, LLC (“PUSHCLUB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). PUSHCLUB is a friendly pushup competition: you log exercise, create or join clubs (“arenas”) with friends using a share code, and compete on shared daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly leaderboards for crowns, belts, and trophies.

Where we offer the Service. PUSHCLUB is built and operated in the United States and is intended for use there. We do not target or direct the Service to users in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or elsewhere outside the United States.
We deliberately collect very little. We do not ask for your real name, phone number, or home address.
What we do not collect. No advertising SDKs, ad identifiers, or advertising profiles. No third-party analytics or usage trackers. No location data. No access to your contacts — invites are a shareable code or link, not an address-book read. And, as noted above, no stored date of birth.
PUSHCLUB is a social competition. When you join a club or arena, other members of that group can see your display name, avatar, logged totals, standings, streaks, and any belts or trophies you hold. Only join clubs with people you’re comfortable sharing that with. Your email address is never shown to other members.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only as follows:
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account yourself, at any time, from your profile settings in the app — no request or approval needed. Deletion removes your profile, your logged activity, and your club memberships, and removes your sign-in identity so it cannot be used to sign back in. Clubs you created are a shared resource other members still use, so the club itself is preserved while your own membership and personal data are removed. We may retain limited records where the law requires, and routine technical logs age out on their normal cycle.

PUSHCLUB is built to be self-service, so you can exercise most of these choices yourself in the app. To make any other request, email us at hello@joinpushclub.com.
PUSHCLUB is intended for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If someone under 18 has created an account, it can be removed at any time using the in-app “Delete my account” option, or by contacting us at hello@joinpushclub.com.
PUSHCLUB does not use advertising cookies. We use only what is necessary to run the app: your browser or device keeps your sign-in session, your app settings, and an offline cache so the app loads quickly and works reliably.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including access controls and encryption in transit — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
We operate from, and process data in, the United States. If you access PUSHCLUB from outside the United States, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, highlight the change in the app. Continuing to use PUSHCLUB after a change means you accept the updated policy.
